okay

current mood: okay

oh im so happy because my appt. was really good. i chugged water like craaaazy after i pee'd in the cup (hehe) and then i ate a good breakfast (lite) that kept me from being orthostatic, etc. etc. so that's good, no contract for the moment!

d: lean cuisine and then yogurt & 3 sweet n salty bars, all purged (i would have stopped after the lean cuisine but i knew i could get away with purging so i went for it)
s: so far, a few carrots, apple (100)
also did some sit ups, leg & butt calisthenics, light arm lifts...
ya. whatever.
i hope i fall asleep easily tonight...

current mood: content

today i had therapy and it went well. i've recently decided to act like i'm getting "better," which means i do have to eat in front of my parents, but only like one meal a day, which i can make myself. whoot whoot! and i have my doctors appt. tomorrow, so i just chug massive amounts of water after i pee (into the cup, which is before i get weighed). and when i lose more weight, i'm gonna take those weight rings (like you put on bars for bench press or whatev) and wrap a 1 1/2 lb-er around my neck (under the gown). which i hope works lol if it doesnt ill have to go to day treatment. ew.
oooookay...so today=
B: coffee with T half n half (20)
L: short coffee with T half n half (20)
S: grapes, carrots, diet coke
D (early-ish): turkey sandwich (3 oz. on WW light bread & mustard), steamed broccoli and cauliflower (200)
S: apple (80)
and i'm probably gonna have a pria bar later or a yogurt, not sure yet
total so far=320 but probably around 450 in the end
yay!

i exhausted right now so i'm not going to go into specifics about myself/my eating disorder tonight. this lj is basically for me to write about my life and my eating disorder and weight, etc.
today was pretty good, but i took three benedryl and two aleve like two hours ago and i feel shitty (but tired, which was what i wanted). -->
B: coffe w. 1 T half n half (20)
L: (out with my mom) Quizno's small honey bourbon chicken (lite selection), took off all the chicken, diet pepsi (300)
S: diet coke
D: grapes, carrots, kashi pb granola bar (225)
S: 1/3 c. lowfat cottage cheese, blueberries (100)
total=625
k, i'm ready to pass out, night
